Refund policy

All ClinicalClue products are digital downloads delivered instantly by email. Because digital files can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If your file is damaged, won't open, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a working copy of the correct file. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your purchase. Duplicate charges are always refunded. Email us with your order number.
